ABOUT PAULINA
Paulina Barbaro is a 30 year old Argentinian Microblading and Permanent Artist - based in Texas, with a passion for detail and custom work for each of her clients.

My journey in Permanent Make Up started way back. About 15 years ago and probably more. My whole life I’ve always been around the world of beauty so it’s always hard to say how long it’s been.
My mom was a model and hairstylist. She owned a modeling school, so I grew up around make-up classes, styling conversations and most importantly learning to love the art of creating and expressing myself through beauty.
A forever passion
Following her passion for beauty my mother became a Permanent Make-Up Artist and now I was old enough to help some. I didn’t realize that beauty was what I wanted to do as a career right away, so I put myself into college and did 3 years of Speech Therapy; which I don’t regret at all because I learned lots of medical related content like anatomy, physiology, neurology.

But something happened, the world of beauty was about to take a big twist.
Detailed services were knocking at the door to claim their place and I, the lover of detail, was absolutely there for it.
Being eager to know about the latest innovations, we discovered Microblading, a technique that was just appearing promising a hairstroke result that was saying goodbye to the look of sharpie tattooed brows. And also about the new method of doing lashes, applying one hair on each natural lash.

And so B+B beauty was worn...
We moved to a bigger city and opened our salon “B+B Beauty” to offer 2 services that not a single soul new about lol. So it was not only about promoting our salon, but also teaching people what was that we were doing.
And it went great! We were the first salon specialized in the eye area, and thanks to a lot of effort our business grew more and more.
Needles to say, I was having the best working school possible working next to my mother. She thought me so many values about working, how to understand beauty, and how to make a business out of this.
At the beggining I used to do all the designs for her Microbladings, that way we were able to cope with the demand. Cause we were the only ones in the country. So I honestly couldn’t count how many brows I’ve done in my life. But more than 10,000 for sure.
I learned Microblading as Microblading developed as a technique. So I was there for all the trends, the products and I’ve tried everything.
B+B Beauty now has many many more people working in it, some of them people I deeply love. All of them trained by us, which is one of my other passions: Teaching.
when love knocked on the door

In 2018, I met a handsome gentleman from Texas on a trip in Cancun and after 1 year later asked me to
marry him and moved to the us.
It was very challenging for me to leave my business that I had completely dedicated my life to, and my biggest partner, my mom.
But I did it, and gave a chance to a whole new world. That’s how Barbaro Beauty was born. I’ve found a lot of wonderful people along the way and I’m thankful for each and every single one of my clients that have trusted in me. I’m ready for what’s yet to come… so to be continued…
